Furry Friends Physio welcomes feedback from everyone. We love positive comments but also welcome suggestions on how we can change the service we provide - its the only way we know how to improve.
Please feel free to add your comments on any area but they might include feedback about the staff, the service, value for money, success of treatment or suggestions for the future.
Please include your contact details, as we endeavour to resolve any issues but may also wish to use your comments in our promotional material. For this to happen, we have to get you to sign a consent form, which we can either send to you by post or e-mail to you. You are welcome to sign it, scan it (if you have access to a scanner) and e-mail it back to save on postal costs, or send it back by post in the stamped addressed envelope provided.
